A World Champion Is Crowned

While last night’s festivities may have only crowned the Northern Utah Drag Champ, this evening FARCA had the distinct honor of crowning a new World Champion.

The Oned Handed Hot Dog Hill Climb Time Trial World Championships had the good fortune of going off without nary a peep from the man and the Coincidence once again coincided.

the “guy” prepped the dogs with care in the cozy confines of his kitchen

like a flock of ravenous gulls, the peloton raced to the tubesteak start

  

 you could have cut the air at the start with a knife

visiting foreign exchange studetn cum tennis pro Mitt Diesemnuts was in fine form

(just look at his ankles)

defending the sherbert fleece which he stole the night before at the Northern Utah Drag Nationals,

Cloudy was on a mission,  To the last supper.

the judges tallied the score well into the night

the media was there to double check the double vision

when the dust settled, kurt from Galena (yeah don from Galena!) emerged the champ!

these are not groupies, the guy on the right won the long stem award

the world champion sank his teeth into $22 and a carbon fiber seat mast.  scrap.

once again the sheeptown fat tire rally kept the masses on the edges of their seats.  with a near sell out crowd, the next day can only prove to be more amazing.

10:00 am Powerhouse on north first ave.  the south valley epic…3-6 hours depending on your resolve.
